Where We Ship

We currently ship across Canada only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

 

Free Shipping

Free standard shipping on all orders over $99 before taxes. Orders under $99 are charged shipping at checkout based on your location and selected method.

 

Processing Time

We strive to process orders within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Canadian holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves us.

 

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times vary by location. General estimates after processing:

—  Maritime provinces: 2–4 business days

—  Ontario & Quebec: 3–5 business days

—  Western Canada: 5–8 business days

—  Northern and remote areas: 7–14 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, and peak periods can affect delivery times.

 

Tracking

A tracking link is included in your shipping confirmation email. If you haven't received it within 2 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or contact us.

 

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (wrong address, unclaimed), we'll contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipment costs are the customer's responsibility unless the error was ours.
